Litigation - Faith D. Segal

Faith Segal concentrates her practice in civil litigation with special interests in the areas of general business litigation, real estate and construction disputes, trust and estate litigation, guardianship, divorce and personal injury.

Prior to attending law school, Faith had extensive experience as a member of a multidisciplinary team consisting of medical and allied health professionals evaluating and planning programs for individuals with disabilities such as head injury or cognitive dysfunction. She served as Chapter 766 Coordinator for Kennedy Memorial Hospital, now known as Fransiscan Childrens' Hospital.

Before joining the firm, Faith worked in a general pratice and as an insurance defense attorney. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and a member of its Civil Litigation Section. In addition to practicing in the Massachusetts and Federal Courts, Faith has been admitted as an attorney of the Supreme Court.

A 1973 graduate of Cornell University, Faith obtained a Master's Degree from Syracuse University and a Law Degree from Suffolk University Law School.
